East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join our Employee Services Team. This fixed-term contract covers Maternity leave until February 2027 and requires work at the Eastbourne District General Hospital Site.
The successful candidate will support the Operational HR team with employee relations activities, manage HR documentation, and maintain accurate HR records. We seek someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of HR terminology.
Competitive salary of £25,760 to £27,476 per year pro rata and a range of benefits.
