Front of House Leader

Full time, 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve success.
• Maintain high standards and keep team spirits high.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and keep them happy.
• Manage the shop’s daily operations, including cash, profit and figures.
• Work flexible hours and handle busy shifts, including 3‑5am shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team with purpose, driving performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy.
• Passion for customer service and a desire to help the shop and people grow.

• Hourly rate £15.26 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
