Shifts you are applying for: 20.75hrs p/w; Mon 10:45 – 18:00; Wed 15:00 – 20:45; Fri 10:00 – 14:30; Sat 07:00 – 11:00
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and assisting with purchases at the till
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of products to help customers find what they need
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures

- Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience
- Strong customer focus and willingness to learn product knowledge
- Desire to develop relationships with team and customers
- Team player who is flexible and supportive
- Comfort working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks
