About The Role

The School of English is seeking someone to provide operational and administrative support to the Director of Manchester School of Theatre.

You will lead the coordinated delivery of the Manchester School of Theatre Saturday School, Summer School, and evening programmes, ensuring they operate to a professional, engaging, and sustainable standard. The role will involve programme coordination, stakeholder communication, event administration, and supporting participant experience across a range of theatre and performance activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly respected and creative educational environment while supporting the development of emerging performers and theatre-makers.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, alongside experience of coordinating programmes, events, or educational activities within a creative, cultural, or educational setting.

You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, and contribute positively to a busy and creative team environment.

An understanding of theatre, performance, arts education, or youth engagement programmes would be advantageous.
