Residential Day Concierge (Mandarin Speaking, £28k, Residential Management, Vauxhall)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Night Concierge role in a London-based Residential Management company. The Concierge’s purpose is to establish a safe residential environment, the greatest degree of intuitive service, and customer care – all while maintaining individualised communication/interaction with all stakeholders in accordance with agreed-upon service standards and protocols.
