Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to patrons with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a high level of cocktail competency, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to enhance their experience
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as necessary

The kind of person we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end lounge or bar setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
