Cover Supervisor – Abbey Wood

Milk Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and ambitious secondary setting in Abbey Wood from September. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking to gain further classroom experience within a supportive school environment.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, delivering pre-set work, and ensuring students remain engaged throughout lessons in the absence of teaching staff. Strong communication skills and confidence working with young people are essential.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of subject areas while building positive relationships with students and staff. This role would suit graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, or experienced education professionals seeking their next challenge.
