Lead Garden Services Team – 22h/Week (Maternity Cover)

Brunswick Organic Nursery in Bishopthorpe is seeking a Garden Services Team Leader. This temporary role, starting mid-June, involves managing garden maintenance contracts, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The position offers 22 hours per week with training provided.

The ideal candidate will have manage experience, strong horticultural knowledge, and a positive attitude to support clients and team members effectively. Benefits include paid training and 7 weeks’ holiday pro-rata.
