Senior Business Development Manager – Payments. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK and European markets in global payments. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, ideal for a target-driven professional with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with C-level executives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with fintechs, PSPs, banks, and money remittance operators.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer operations.
- Maintain pipeline and performance reporting using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, source leads, and provide insights for strategic adjustments.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years’ experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with B2B enterprise sales expertise.
- Direct experience selling to enterprise-grade clients such as PSPs, banks, or remittance operators.
- Strong ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
- CRM savvy and highly detail-oriented.
