Job Overview

Hybrid role based in London. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The Global Subsidiary Coordinator supports the management of international entity portfolios, collaborates with internal team members and third‑party vendors, meets annual compliance deadlines, oversees ad-hoc transactions, and assists with corporate secretarial and governance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all GSM service needs.
  • Manage communication received from customers and third‑party vendors via Salesforce CRM.
  • Timely review, respond to, and initiate all client requests, handling complex clients with multi‑jurisdictional presence.
  • Research and evaluate jurisdictional requirements necessary for corporate filings and any ad‑hoc compliance.
  • Liaise between customers, the CSC local office, and third‑party vendors to transfer entities to CSC.
  • Communicate and collect KYC due‑diligence requirements as needed.
  • Assist customers with questions and provide on‑the‑spot status updates.
  • Facilitate client and/or vendor calls to provide updates on open projects.
  • Support the overall management of international entity portfolios and ensure compliance with annual deadlines.
  • Oversee the completion of ad‑hoc transactions and corporate secretarial governance tasks for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling clients with an extensive global presence.
  • Primary point of contact for onboarding of GSM clients.
  • Proficient in managing communication via Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience leading client calls and handling complex discussions.
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritisation, organisational, and independent working skills.
