Bench Joiner

We are looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Bench Joiner or cabinet maker. In‑house training will be provided to competent, time‑served candidates to support continued development and success in the role.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of joinery and cabinetry related items.
• Ensuring items are finished, sanded, prepared and collated for the next department in line—for example, the spray shop or goods out via the joinery manager.
• Owning hand tools, including cordless drills.
• Working flexibly across departments, including occasional support in the machine shop or other areas as needed. This is not always required but provides variation and new experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and production information.
• Ability to use wood machines would be a benefit but is not necessarily essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
