As a Senior Beauty Specialist, you will bring the energy, the passion, and the know-how to coach a team of Boots Beauty Specialists to create personalised experiences for every customer who visit our Beauty Halls.What you’ll be doingReporting to the Beauty Assistant Manager, you’ll work across many premium beauty brands, guiding your team to offer expert, unbiased advice that helps customers find products that genuinely work for them across skincare, makeup and haircare.This is a sales-based role, but it’s all about team success, not individual competition. You’ll energise your crew to meet shared goals and celebrate wins together – and with up to £2000 annual product allowance*, you’ll get to personally test premium products.You will:Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendationsLead by example, coaching and inspiring your team to bring fun, energy and passion to everything they doDrive collaboration across your team to meet sales targets, it’s a group effort (no commission pressure here!)Use your product allowance to test and recommend your favourite findsCreate standout experiences through confident customer conversationsBring new product and brand launches to life, creating buzz and excitement across the storeKeep the beauty hall and counters stocked and spotlessAttend brand training, immersive learning events and our famous virtual and in-person conferencesGet involved in social content, events and campaignsWhat you’ll need to have (our must-haves)A real passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their bestProven experience leading a team to successA warm, confident approach to starting conversations with customersExperience meeting and exceeding sales goals and influencing others to do the sameStrong communication skills and an ability to understand people’s needsCuriosity and a proactive attitude to learning new techniques and productsIt would be great if you also haveExperience working in beauty retail or target-based rolesAn interest in creating social content Where your brilliance can take youThere are endless possibilities here at Boots.
