  • Culture is mission‑driven and collaborative

The Role

  • Take ownership of new business development for clinical trial logistics services in your region

  • Sell a portfolio of services spanning patient‑centric solutions, biological sample logistics, storage and distribution, and temperature‑controlled transport and packaging.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and capability presentations through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical operations, supply chain and procurement.
  • Work closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and smoothly transitioned into live projects.

About You

  • Significant business development experience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics or closely related clinical trial services.
  • Track record of winning new service‑based business
  • Comfortable selling complex, multi‑country solutions involving temperature‑controlled and time‑critical shipments.
