Trainee Bus Driver – Elgin

Salary £14.63 per hour; OTE £32,713 (based on a typical rostered week of 43 hours); overtime rate £16 per hour (paid for hours above the rostered hours).

Location: Stagecoach Elgin Depot, Pinefield Industrial Estate, East Road, Elgin, IV30 1XU.

Shift patterns: early, mid, late, split.

Responsibilities

• Drive Stagecoach’s fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey by providing friendly, caring service.
• Maintain a welcoming environment, especially for customers who rely on bus services.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Hold a current PCV licence.
• Have right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrate a patient, safe and courteous approach to driving.
• Display a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team.
