Multi-Trader Required – Social Housing

Nuneaton & Bedworth (CV10 & CV12) | Self-Employed | Ongoing Work

Average Weekly Earnings: £1,000 – £1,100

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader, working within the social housing sector across the Nuneaton and Bedworth area.

Job Duties Include:

• Patch plastering
• Creating and finishing builders’ openings
• Basic tiling work
• Floorboard repairs and replacements
• Basic brickwork
• Boxing in boilers to a clean, professional finish

Requirements:

• Must be self-employed
• Own tools required
• Previous experience in a multi-trade role preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
