Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding support.
- Developing and implementing person‑centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, law enforcement, and community services.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date case records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
