About the Role
You will be the face of Harrods Homeware, engaging customers with a personalised and memorable service across premium gifting, home fragrances, bed and bath, and cookware. You will:
- Deliver a tailored, high‑touch service within luxury homeware.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation through effective stock management and replenishment.
- Help clients find products that complement their homes or suit special gifting occasions.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and performance standards.
- Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements while highlighting the features and benefits.
