Hygiene Operative – Poultry

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire (HU7 Area)

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £13.90 per hour

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days

Working Hours: 5 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Clean utensils, equipment, ovens, production lines, and machinery
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Ensure all open products are removed or covered before cleaning chemicals are used
• Follow cleaning procedures and work instructions accurately
• Maintain cleaning supply stocks
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Support general hygiene and production duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hygiene or food production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive approach to learning and development
• Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
