Location: NG7 – Lenton, Nottingham. Easily accessible via tram and bus routes.

We are recruiting Warehouse Packaging Operatives to join a friendly, high‑volume distribution team supplying products across the UK and internationally. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on, detail‑focused tasks – if you like jigsaws or board games, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven warehouse environment, preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently as part of a supportive team.

Pay Rates

£12.75 – £16.96 per hour (shift dependent)

Available Shifts

• AM: 06:00-14:00
• PM: 14:00-22:00
• Nights: 22:00-06:00

Key Duties

• Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
• Folding and assembling boxes and packaging
• Labelling and preparing shipments
• Working towards daily performance targets
• Maintaining accuracy in a high‑volume environment
• Keeping workstations clean and organised
• Supporting other warehouse departments when required
• Following site processes and safety guidelines

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Comfortable with repetitive and physical tasks
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but full training provided
