Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Pay Rate: £13.50 p/h (£20.25 p/h after 47.5 hours)

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a busy production team in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is eager to learn, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Assisting within the cardboard box manufacturing process
• Performing quality checks on products
• Loading and unloading materials
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Ensuring machinery and work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider production team during busy periods
• Completing basic production paperwork where required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:00
• Overtime available
• Two 15‑minute breaks provided
• Time and a half paid after 47.5 hours

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable
• Machine operating experience would be advantageous
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
