We’re currently supporting our client with the recruitment of 7 Customer Experience Advisors to join their busy, high-performing team to help cover a peak period on a temp / contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries across email, live chat, and social channels.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
- Ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide 24/7 shift cover, working flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple channels (email, live chat, social).
