Teacher of Science

Overview

Science Teacher/Teacher of Science required to join a secondary school in the London borough of Camden. The role is a permanent appointment from September 2026 and is open to both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (ECT) seeking their first year of teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science to Key Stage 3, 4 (and Key Stage 5 is advantageous).
• Work with one of the high performing departments of the school.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative department environment and engage students with a fun, creative learning approach.

Qualifications

• Degree and qualifications related to Science Specialism.
• Qualified Teacher Status or eligible for QTS (e.g., Newly Qualified Teacher).
• Ability to teach across Biology, Chemistry and Physics; specialism in any of these is welcomed.
