A highly regarded ‘Good’ school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire are looking for a hardworking, fully qualified and resourceful Psychology Teacher to take on a full-time, long-term position within their school from September 2026.

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Contract Type: Full time

Pay: M1-UPS3 (£36,413 – £53,994)

Start Date: September 2026

Desired candidate will have knowledge of the Psychology curriculum from GCSE’s – A Levels.

The successful teacher will be part of an innovative and dynamic team and ensure pupils are motivated to learn creative and inspiring lessons.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
• Current teaching experience
• Experience teaching GCSE – A-level (KS3-KS5)
• A Energetic and driven attitude
• Experience dealing with students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities
• A passion for your subject and education in general
• Effectively lesson plan
• A desire to work as a team with the rest of the department and the school
• An enhanced DBS registered with the update service or willing to apply for a new DBS
