Operations Assistant – Delamere Forest (Cheshire)
Location: Delamere (Cheshire). Salary: £12.71 per hour. Working hours: Full‑time, 40 hours. Days of work: Average 5 days per week on a rolling rota with alternate weekends off (1 short week 32 hrs / 1 long week 48 hrs).
We are seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cabins and facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for guests in a beautiful woodland setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hot tubs in perfect working order each day.
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including use of tools, fixing machinery, and basic decorating.
- Pay attention to details and deliver daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- Follow brand standards so every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
Qualifications
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Some previous experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, rain or shine, every day of the year.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
Pre‑employment checks will be required, including a basic criminal record check if you are successful in the role.
Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17
16 years: £8.00 per hour
17 years: £10.85 per hour
