Production Operative

Job Description

Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as a skilled and dedicated Production Operative in the Ballymoney machine shop. The role is a 4‑day week position (Monday to Thursday) with day and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Meet set production targets while working on the line.
• Ensure the safe and controlled movement of production parts.
• Follow health and safety laws, processes and procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Work procedures and perform other reasonable duties as instructed.
• Work as part of a team to meet production objectives.

• Self‑motivation and initiative.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem‑resolution capabilities.
