Overview
A Commis Chef position is available at a four star town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving seasonally changing fresh, modern British dishes and grill specialties in the restaurant. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Commis Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs and working with a brigade of 8 Chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company where training will be given.
Requirements
CVs will be considered from Commis Chefs; it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years. A Chef who has the drive and ability to work well under pressure and wants to develop into a good all rounder.
