Spa Concierge

Position Overview

We are hiring a Part‑Time Spa Concierge (up to Full‑Time hours available). Immediate need is evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments – customized to their needs
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Introduces the guest to the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of our changing lounge and amenities, and helps them to have a seamless experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special – the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music and scent to create a memorable experience
• Stays educated on all products offered by our spa, providing strong sales support by explaining product benefits and following up with the closing of the sale
• Invites guests to reschedule reservations for their next visit to build retention of the business
• Serves as backup for the leadership team when they are busy handling core responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations
