A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Brent is looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking to gain further classroom experience in a supportive environment.

The school has a strong leadership team, excellent behaviour policies, and a welcoming atmosphere where staff are valued and supported. You will be supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout the day.

The Role

• Deliver and supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support students with their learning and maintain a positive environment
• Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Confident, adaptable, and professional
