the role:
You’ll be leading a small crew on daily refuse and recycling rounds—driving, supporting loaders, and making sure collections are completed safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving LGV vehicles on set routes
- Supervising and supporting your team
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met
- Working closely with supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
What we need from you:
- LGV Category C licence
- Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Reliable, team-focused attitude
