Air Freight Operator

Due to a change in workloads, our client is urgently looking for an Air Freight Operator to work in their office located near Cardiff, Wales.

Responsibilities

Execute courier files, label cargo, and manage exports and imports. The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently. The work will be on site at a customer’s premises but in the agent’s office.

Qualifications

• Desirable experience, though training will be provided. Must be IT literate and willing to learn.
• Minimum five-year work history.
• DBS check required.
• Training will be provided for aviation security.

Working Hours & Pay

Hours: 12:00-20:00, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required. Shift pay will be paid and weekend rota once trained is required.

Contract Details

This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with potential to become permanent if workloads continue or increase.

Salary: up to 30,000 pounds.
