- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
- Work Type: Hybrid (no evenings or weekends)

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to transactions, invoices, and account issues
- Liaise with internal teams across UK and European offices
- Log and track customer interactions using internal systems
- Support sales and credit collections teams
- Produce reports and maintain customer records
- Provide website/system support to customers
- Identify training needs and contribute to process improvements
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues
- Adaptable to change and self-motivated
- Strong organisational skills and initiative
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with data entry and CRM systems preferred
