Job Description:

This is a temporary part-time 12‑ or 16‑hour position based in the Redhill store. The role requires 3–4 days of flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Represent the H&M brand positively, engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using that knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
  • Provide and receive feedback to support your own learning and that of your teammates.

You will work as part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, creating an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
