Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to carry out 1st‑fix joinery works on wet‑rooms and associated duties within social housing properties across the Rochdale area. This role offers long‑term stability, a company vehicle and bonus opportunities for reliable, high‑quality tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st‑fix joinery on wet‑room installations within social housing properties
• Fitting studwork, noggins and structural supports to prepare wet‑rooms for plumbing and finishing trades
• Installing door frames, casings and basic timber components as required
• Working alongside other trades during bathroom and wet‑room refurbishments
• Completing job sheets and reporting progress accurately to supervisors

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry & Joinery
• Experience working on social housing properties
• Strong 1st‑fix joinery and wet‑room preparation experience
• Full UK driving licence (van provided)
• Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied homes
• Company van & fuel card included
