Maintenance Inspector – Flexible Hours & Asset Inspections

Suffolk County Council is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to join their Repairs and Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking inspections of maintenance defects and conducting void property inspections. A strong understanding of building regulations and at least 3 years of experience in a Building Maintenance environment are required.
