Mixing Operative

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Production Operatives to join our client’s team situated in Swinton.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately measure and blend raw ingredients to meet production standards.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee product consistency.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in production or manufacturing is essential; experience in the vape or e-liquid industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.

Physical Requirements: Physically fit due to the nature of the role.

PPE: Safety boots are essential for this role.

Hours of Work:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am – 3:30 pm

Breaks: 1 x 30-minute unpaid lunch break, 1 x 15-minute paid break

Pay: £12.21
