What a Day Looks Like
As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you’ll serve customers with a smile, promote our Star Buys, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied. You’ll help keep the store clean, fully stocked, and work to smash store targets. This fast‑paced role offers hands‑on learning and future leadership opportunities, with excellent training and real chances to progress.
Training and Progression
Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of the training period, you will discuss your experiences and be observed performing your role. You will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
You Qualify If…
- You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
- You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full‑time shifts
- You have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
- You are eligible to work in the UK
- You are new to retail
