West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 – Suspected Cancer Booking & Call Centre Agent to act as the first point of contact for patients seeking Suspected Cancer services. The role involves booking appointments, providing clerical support, and ensuring confidentiality while delivering high customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have good general education, customer service training, and experience in busy administrative roles, preferably within call centres. The position is based in St Albans with a rota schedule.
