Overview

We are recruiting experienced Kitchen Fitters to join a fast‑paced, reputable contractor specialising in kitchen replacements within social housing properties. Projects are located across East Anglia, with kitchens typically completed within one to two days, requiring efficient, high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install kitchens within occupied social housing properties.
• Complete kitchen replacements to a high standard, working efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants’ homes.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, tenants, and site teams.
• Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter or Multi‑Trade/Carpenter.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Own tools.
• Own vehicle (required for price work or self‑employed roles).
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.
• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.
