House Steward

We are currently recruiting for a House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels as House Steward/Housekeeping Cleaner.
• Responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are cleaned.
• Assist with ad hoc housekeeping duties as required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment.
• Demonstrated excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Communicate with a basic command of English.
• Flexible and positive attitude at all times.
