Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE

Hours: 8:15am – 6:15pm

Location: Bracknell

We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily running of a busy distribution warehouse. This hands‑on role involves overseeing warehouse operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring customer deliveries are dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations
• Oversee goods in/goods out, picking, packing, loading and unloading
• Ensure next‑day delivery orders are processed accurately and on time
• Monitor stock levels, cycle counts, and warehouse scanning systems
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Support, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
• Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and incoming stock efficiently
• Work closely with office and transport teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with stock control and warehouse systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
• Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
