Room Attendant

AG Hotels is seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at the Crown Hotel, London. This position involves physically demanding tasks that require strength and stamina.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of the maintenance team
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Assisting guests with any queries and complaints
• Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development
• Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management

Prerequisites

• Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

The candidate will be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs.
