Crieff Hydro Hotel is located in the heart of Scotland, set on a 900‑acre estate in Perthshire. The hotel has 215 bedrooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities, offering something for everyone.

About The Role

Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast‑paced and challenging experience. We are looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team during what is considered by many the most important meal of the day. This is serious service, serious volume and a serious opportunity to join an ambitious Food and Beverage team. It is a great chance to work with a large independent company, make a difference and grow with motivated and enthusiastic people.

What We Need From You

Exceptional customer service is central to our business. Your friendly, welcoming personality, enthusiasm, passion for hospitality, genuine smile, and desire to satisfy the customer will impress us. You must also be team‑focused and ready to lead. Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is an advantage, but attitude is paramount.
