Responsibilities

• Warehouse layout: store goods in a layout compatible with JIT protocol.
• Transfer of goods: transfer finished goods from production lines to warehouse following work instructions.
• Maintain equipment: maintain warehouse equipment to required standard.
• Transport goods: transport and warehouse goods using forklift trucks and other related equipment.
• Customer shipments: repack and prepare shipments for customers.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Specific experience in warehouse work, ideally within a similar industry.
• Secondary education level.
• Completion of Hitachi Battery of Tests.
• Fork lift truck licence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and organise own workload efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
