SEMH Learning Support Assistant – Farnborough

£14.25 per hour | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:00pm | Temp to Perm

We’re working with a specialist school in Farnborough supporting pupils with SEMH and moderate learning needs, and they’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can bring consistency, patience, and a calm presence into the classroom.

You’ll be supporting pupils who may have experienced challenges in mainstream education — your role is to help them re‑engage, regulate, and succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Managing behaviour using a positive, structured approach
• Building trust with pupils who need stability and support
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff

We’re Looking For

• Experience in SEMH, SEND, youth work or care
• Someone calm, resilient and confident with behaviour
• A team player who can commit to a long‑term role

This is a temp to perm opportunity where you can genuinely grow within the school.
