What you’ll be doing: You’ll work closely with your Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to deliver beautifully executed dishes that celebrate British ingredients at their peak. From thoughtful prep to precise service, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and creativity that define Lillie’s.
Chef de Partie runs their section brilliantly with passion and pride.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced chefs who care deeply about food, respect ingredients, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in their craft.
- Work with pace and precision to meet high ordering volumes.
- Support quality control and consistency across all dishes.
- Take pride in delivering food to spec and on brand every time.
- Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures consistently.
- Complete cleaning schedules and compliance training as required.
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to supporting smooth service at the venue.
