Description
The successful candidate will support fee earners on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring matters progress smoothly from instruction to completion and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of residential property transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
- Managing files from instruction through to post‑completion
- Supporting the team to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels
This role offers excellent exposure to high‑quality work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within residential property or conveyancing and a solid understanding of the sale and purchase process.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience with protocol forms and conveyancing procedures
