We are recruiting for a Warehouse Installation Operative to join a team working on warehouse racking installation projects across the UK. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role where you will assist with the assembly and installation of warehouse storage systems at customer sites. You will be collected from your home in Stevenage each morning and transported to the site location, working as part of a team to complete installation projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation and assembly of warehouse racking systems.
• Using power tools such as electric screwdrivers, drills, and other hand tools.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Stevenage.
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Experience using power tools such as drills and electric screwdrivers is advantageous.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, as project requirements may vary from day to day.
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse installations, shop fitting, labouring, or a similar hands‑on role would be beneficial.

Pay & Hours

Fixed day rate of £109.98 per day.

Based on an average 8‑hour working day.

Working hours may vary depending on project requirements, with some days being shorter and others slightly longer.

Transport provided from your home in Stevenage to the work site each day.
