Role Overview
You’ll Fit Right Inn: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the team, deputising in the absence of the Head Housekeeper while maintaining a friendly, detail‑oriented approach. You’ll take pride in your work, remain calm under pressure, and exceed guest expectations by responding effectively to requests.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms to our high standards and ensure public areas are clean and welcoming.
- Promptly report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the team to create memorable visits.
- Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies.
- Train new and existing team members.
- Provide updates to the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
