What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunting for business – Calling and building strong relationships with schools
- Sourcing and placing talent – Matching top educators with fantastic roles
- Hitting sales targets – Working to KPIs and pushing to smash them
- Mastering our CRM – Using tools to boost your efficiency and impact
- Developing new clients – Owning your pipeline and growing it
- Building your own book – Nurturing relationships and securing repeat business
- Starting your day flexibly – Choose your start time between 7:15am and 9am, based on school needs and term-time schedules
