Dunelm is looking for a Pausa Coach in Stoke-on-Trent to lead our coffee shop. In this role, you’ll inspire your team to create a joyful customer experience and ensure every visitor feels at home.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, supporting your team, and driving sales through engaging interactions. We’re seeking a candidate with leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment and a passion for fostering a positive atmosphere.

This position offers a starting salary of £25,207 per year, rising to £26,226.20, with opportunities for overtime.
